I wish I could put zero stars. We lost all of our family's antique furniture in the fire at Andersons. We're devastated. Their response has been just horrible. No support, empathy, understanding or kindness shown by Rob in dealing with us. It has made an awful experience even worse, if that's possible. Their insurance cover was nowhere near adequate and they did not have proper mechanisms in place to ensure goods were properly cared for and protected from loss and damage.Do not leave your valuable items with these guys under any circumstances.

This country company have been nothing less than wonderful experience. From packing up a whole house to storage for 3yrs and delivering into new address. Everything was as in perfect condition and put into place with care. Thanks to all the crew.

Moved from Melbourne to the Gold Coast, real professionals, already a huge move and they did it at a reasonable price.The boys on the day were great at there job and fit the whole house in one truck, carefully packing everything.I can not recommend these guys enough for interstate removals!!
