As a methadone client who was paying in advance for a service, I felt ignored and unimportant as the pharmacist in charge (ONLY one in particular - who, strangely, once got very angry at me for not asking him about his problems (?? Yeah, because thats a methadone patients job, right???????) - this particular pharmacist served everyone else before me, even those who had arrived AFTER me. I felt like a second rate customer most days - the Asian man (sorry I dont know his name) and the lovely pharmacist Lynne ALWAYS made me feel welcome and served me in order of arrival. At least some of their pharmacists are kind and aware of kind treatment for their customers.If you have ANY other options for your methadone dosing pharmacy, TAKE THEM. Raymond Street Pharmacy in Sale is THE best Gippsland pharmacy for Opiate Substitution Therapy that Ive used. Theyre quite easily the kindest, nicest, friendliest, most helpful pharmacy Ive ever had the pleasure of being a client of.
Not helpful and some staff arrogant
Paid $11.00 more for a perscription than at 3 other parmacys i use. The same brand as well. Riped off.
