My place was filthy when I moved in and they said I could move into an Air bnb for a week while they had the place cleaned. The Entry Condition Report was bogus. Failed to fix my broken door for months until I started hounding them. Failed to fix my broken sink for days until I started hounding them and then they lied about organising a plumber and stopped answering my calls. The plumber just cost me over $400 and now I have fight them for a refund for this too. These people are dodgy. Use someone else.

They helped me find a rental house in my budget range that was suitable and in my desired location. Readily available and quick to help with any issue I had, very satisfied with my rental property.
